Winter Elopement in Pandemic: Botanic Gardens

Updated: Feb 16, 2021

“Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass; it's about learning to dance in the rain" (Vivian Greene, 2006)

Mark and Pristine are one of the many engaged couples affected by COVID restrictions. They had an elaborate plans for their wedding.

After so much thought, nothing can stop the two from tying the knot, so one rainy winter day they got married at the Registry. After sealing the deal and paper works, I met them at Adelaide Botanic Gardens to capture the joy in their hearts as newly wed.

Amidst all the could have beens and what have beens in this pandemic, they found the very essence of life, right beside each other not waiting for the storm to pass but learning to dance in the rain.
